Brush coating is a service that applies one or more protective layers of epoxy resin to the interior walls of a pipe. After a proper cleaning and camera inspection, the coating is remotely pumped into the pipe and evenly dispersed with a spinning brush applicator. The coating sets quickly, sealing small cracks and hardening in place to leave a restored pipe. Additional resin layers may be necessary after drying. This process is visually monitored by video link.

Benefits of Brush Coating

Brush Coating Service in St. Louis, MO

Plenty of Options: The brush coating service is designed to work with many different pipe materials. Concrete, clay, copper, PVC, fiberglass, cast iron and ductile iron, as well as steel pipes are all suitable for the brush coating service. Preparation for each brush coating service is dependent on the material of the pipe.

Extended Pipe Lifespan: When multiple coats are applied to the walls of the original pipe, the lifespan of the pipe is estimated to increase by 30-50 years. The resin lining also makes it harder for corrosion and buildups to occur within the pipe.

No Digging Necessary: Brush Coating is a minimally-invasive service. Typically done through one or more access points, there is no destruction or digging required. Customers can stay at home, and businesses can stay open during this service!

A Greener Alternative: Brush Coating services create very little waste. With no need to destroy walls, gardens or sidewalks and all materials being non-toxic, brush coating is a great solution to keep your property (and planet) healthy.

A 10-Year Warranty is available for Brush Coating Services!
